Support
We're here to help with Uvoya and the Uvoya Partner app.
Tell us your store name and the email you sign in with, and include a screenshot if something isn't working. We usually reply within one business day.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get a partner account?
Any restaurant, supermarket or shop can apply on our Become a partner page. Once we have checked your business, we set up your store and send you your login. There is no sign-up inside the app itself.
I forgot my password or can't sign in.
Email us from the address linked to your account and we'll help you reset access. Check that you're using the same email your store was registered with.
I'm not receiving new-order notifications.
Make sure notifications are allowed for Uvoya Partner in your device settings, that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them, and that your store is set to Open in the app. Signing out and back in registers your device again.
How do I pause my store or mark it as busy?
On the Dashboard, use the Store status card. You can pause new orders for 30 minutes, 1 hour or the rest of the day. Busy mode adds extra minutes to every preparation time you promise customers.
How do I mark a dish or product as out of stock?
Open the Menu tab and switch off availability on the item. Switch it back on when it's available again.
Can I manage more than one store?
Yes. If your account owns several stores, you can switch between them in Settings.
Does the app work on iPad and tablets?
Yes. On larger screens you can see the order list and order details side by side.
How do I delete my account?
See Delete your account for the steps and what happens to your data.
Uvoya Rider (couriers)
How do I become an Uvoya rider?
Apply on our Become a rider page. You need to be 18 or older, allowed to work in Spain, registered as self-employed (autónomo) and have your own bike, scooter, motorbike or car. Once we have checked your details, we create your account and send you your login for the Uvoya Rider app.
Why does the app use my location in the background?
Only while you are online. Uvoya needs your position to offer you nearby deliveries and to show customers where their order is, even if you switch to another app such as maps. Go offline and location sharing stops.
I'm online but not receiving offers.
Check that location is allowed for Uvoya Rider and that notifications are on. Offers depend on orders near you, so quiet times and areas can have few. You can try a practice delivery from the Work screen while offline to get familiar with the app.
